When the Constitution Team started the task of updating the St. Mark's constitution, they found that our constitution had not been changed since 2004. After a summer of diligent work, they are now pleased to present to the congregation a revised and updated constitution, in full compliance with ELCA and reflective of the needs and priorities of St. Mark's, for approval.

IMPORTANT: There will be a Special Congregational Meeting after each service the weekend of November 23/24 to approve these new changes to the constitution. Please review and respond to Pr. Fish with any suggestions or comments.
